In order to love and serve the community, a natural fit is to help out in the classroom. We know that what happens in the classroom matters. We have even received word from the principals at the schools we're involved in, that test scores are improving because of what we are doing! Our goal is to place a volunteer in every classroom. This gives each child more one on one attention and results in improved confidence and performance. Volunteers also have the potential to talk with and assist the teachers. Volunteers may also have chances to interact with students on field trips and other events. There is a simple process to becoming a classroom volunteer.
