At its very foundation, the purpose of a church is to train and equip people to be and make disciples. So as the people of God, we’re going to pray, enjoy communion, worship the Lord, serve, proclaim Christ and encourage one another. That’s what Christians are called to do. We are called to assemble together, focus on Jesus and worship Him, while living in the balance of grace and truth with each other. This is a church. So let’s be obedient to what God has called us to be.
