In case you missed it this past Sunday, we announced some exciting news... The Fig Garden campus will be moving to TWO morning services (9am & 11am) on Sunday, January 31st.
The move to 2 services has been inevitable for a while now... Being a one service campus puts an incredible strain on our volunteers (especially with our Kids Connection) by forcing many families to miss multiple Sundays because of a shortage in volunteer rotation. This move allows us not only to be positioned for further growth at the Fig Campus, but more importantly, for volunteer health. Now families will have the opportunity to attend one service and serve another.
We've got about 4 weeks to begin preparing for the switch, so we're asking individuals and families to begin considering which service they will attend, and which one they might be able to help with by serving on a team. We would love for the two services to be as balanced as possible.
The following teams are the ones we're going to need the most help with in this transition... if you are interested in serving on one of these teams, please e-mail the appropriate team director...
