The Well Family
As Well Family, you are significant in our movement toward spiritually forming relationships. You have the privilege of being part of what God is doing here, and you also have a responsibility to help people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood. Your opinion matters about the things we do and how we do them.
We have never found the need for formal church membership. However, we do need to know who is willing to fully engage in following Christ and what He is doing at The Well.
To become Well Family, we ask that you complete the following:
- Attend Discovery
Our Discovery class is a back-stage pass to The Well, taught by our Directional Leader, Brad Bell. You will hear about our history, beliefs, and theology. Discovery is your first step to connect. Learn how God uniquely designed you, and then get connected to a Life Group or Ministry Team to use your God-given talents.
- Sign the new Unity Covenant
We desire unity within The Well. We all come from different backgrounds and will not agree on everything, but we do need to stand on some common ground. As Well Family, you have responsibilities, and will be held accountable for this covenant. (See the Unity Covenant Instructions on this page.)
- Write your story of how you placed your faith in Christ
This is the story of the journey God has taken you on. How would you describe it in 5-10 minutes? We encourage you to answer questions like: What was your life like growing up? What was your life like outside of a relationship with Christ? How did God draw you to place your faith in Christ? Who did He use? How do you make daily decisions in light of the hope you have in Him?
