Ministry Teams
A Ministry Team at The Well is a group of people gathered together for a common purpose. We have many different types of Ministry Teams for all of the many types of people we have at The Well. Some serve all of campuses and some are campus specific where you will get to work along side the same people you go to church with every week. Some of our groups make people feel welcome when they attend one of our services, others involve training to teach you how to use some pretty neat technical equipment for sound and stage lighting. Some of our most important teams are never seen by the public. Chances are there is a team that will fit you perfectly and allow you pursue your own personal ministry. We have always believed in the priesthood of believers, that ministry is not just for professional clergy, but is the call for every believer.
