Residency
The Well's Residency Program is designed to create a 9 month leadership development experience aimed at growing emerging leaders towards a better understanding of Bible, Theology, Leadership, Character Development, and Servanthood. Like a medical residency program, we're seeking to give our residents practical, hands on ministry skills & experience preparing them for a lifetime of service to our Lord.
Internship
We do ministry a little differently here at the Well and our Internship Program will be no exception. We've seen many programs with great intentions, yet end up falling short of what an intern really needs. Though the purpose of an internship is to provide an intern with hands on experience, the only thing they typically get their hands on is their boss' cup of coffee and a handful of dry cleaning. We'd like to change that.
