After 13 years of leading this church, the elders and I think it’s time to learn the lessons from those who have gone before us so we’re not just effective for the short term but effective over time. I will be piloting this sabbatical concept starting in April, pulling away from the grind to recharge, refresh and renew so that, Lord willing, I will be an even more effective leader when I come back in August.
I invite you to pray for me and for my family during these next few months, that God would use this time for the betterment of His glory.
