Re:Gen Administrator - Part Time (25 hrs/week)
For the Re:Gen Administrator role, we are looking for a person who loves Jesus to join a team that believes transformation in Christ is possible when things are broken in our lives and others. This individual would be the behind the scenes supportive arm to the regeneration ministry of The Well. A person who would thrive in this role loves the details and structures that enable robust Gospel ministry to take place. They would love being a part of a team and believe that their administrative gifts are vital to the overall ability for the team to be all that God has designed it to be to care for the growing need of care in our church and in the community.
Position Expectations:
- Responsible for budget, receipt, and calendar management for re:gen and re:gen Director
- Responsible for all Leader, mentor, and participant communication
- Database management- data input, group management, email management, and database support
- Website and internal room reservation system management
- Main source of communication with different departments on our staff in regards to needs and collaboration
- Creating a form of hospitality and appreciation through leader dinners, trainings, events, volunteers and local churches
- Recruit, train and manage volunteers to host the Welcome Center and leader dinner
- Curriculum management
- Assist with training and equipping local churches who operate re:gen
- Book, organize and coordinate travel for teams
- Organize and plan events- re:gen conference
- Active member management for leaders
- Provide mentor training support
