AUDIO TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

The Well Community Church is looking for a Technical Director (TD) who is strong in AVL systems, team building, and shepherding. The Technical Director will take the lead in managing AVL systems for all of our campus’ while providing oversite of AVL campus staff and partnering with our Gathering Team to plan, implement, and facilitate our weekly gatherings/events. With “team” being one of our core values, the atmosphere of the AVL department must be a collaborative one, with tech not just being a facilitator, but a partner in supporting our staff as a whole. The TD is to understand, maintain, and grow The Well’s various equipment, systems, and software related to AVL. The TD also recruits, trains, and schedules campus volunteers; working to grow/develop campus staff and volunteers in craft and character. This position is a full-time salaried position.

Elementary Director – North Campus

The North Elementary Director is responsible for casting vision, supporting, encouraging, scheduling, recruiting/inviting new people into the ministry and overseeing all volunteers, guest center, check-in and kindergarten through 3rd grade. In addition, it is essential that the North Elementary Director is getting to know families on their campus.

This is a 30 hour per week position with full-time benefits and reports to the Director of Kids Ministries.

Key Responsibilites

  • Actively help people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood.
  • Adhere to The Well statement of faith.
  • Develop a volunteer team, by inviting and investing in others, to work alongside you in ministry to fulfill the mission of the church.
  • Responsible for overall environment and high level of excellence in programming for elementary kids and volunteers.
  • Responsible for making sure rooms have consistent small group leaders, co-leaders and supplies prepared for services (coordinate with Kids Operations Coordinator).
  • Responsible for making sure the large groups have all appropriate staffing: teachers, worship, hosts and providing proper scripts, decor and direction to pull off weekly large group with excellence.
  • Interviewing and Orientation with new volunteers.
  • Shepherd and Develop new and existing leaders.
  • Schedule teams weekly.
