The Well Coffeehouse Barista - Part Time (16-24hrs/week)
We are looking for Coffeehouse baristas who desire to create a welcoming environment, provide outstanding customer service and deliver quality coffee to our customers. With a positive and energetic demeanor, baristas will partner with a team of staff and volunteers to execute the Well’s mission, culture and values within the Coffeehouse. The estimated pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.00/hr.

- Continually provide an excellent coffeehouse experience for both employees and customers
- Ability to connect with and know customers (new and regular)
- Adaptable to a fast paced environment, including ability to problem solve in this environment
- Willingness to learn and execute coffeehouse operations (cash register,
drink menus, recipes, etc.)
- Teachable and receptive to correction
- Organized and detail oriented
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Works with manager/assistant manager to oversee the opening and closing of the coffeehouse (ie. security, cash drops, cleaning, health and safety)
Barista experience preferred.
