Recently, a group of Well staff and friends went on a 7-mile hike through the San Joaquin River Gorge. Along the way, we met some strangers who were setting up ropes and harnesses to swing off the side of a bridge. When asked if we would like to swing too, some of us jumped at the opportunity.
