Ministry Internship
Ministry Internship is a hands-on development opportunity designed to help young adults explore their calling in ministry and grow in confidence, wisdom, and discernment. Through biblical teaching, cohort-based formation, and experience across ministry teams, participants gain a deeper understanding of ministry while learning how they have been equipped to faithfully serve the Church.
Throughout the internship, participants serve alongside ministry leaders, engage in the rhythms of The Well, and gain experience through the operations of the church. Intentional mentorship, feedback, and conversation give interns space to better understand their gifts, strengths, and areas for growth while developing a clearer picture of what vocational ministry can look like.
As an intern, you can expect to:
- Participate in biblical teaching and intentional discipleship.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from ministry leaders.
- Serve alongside a ministry team through meaningful responsibilities.
- Grow in character, leadership, and ministry skills through regular feedback and reflection.
- Develop greater clarity about your gifts, calling, and next steps in ministry.
Commitment: Late September through June. Participants must commit to the full duration of the internship.
Interview: Selected applicants will be invited to an in-person interview on September 14 or September 16.
Cost: $500 program fee. A $50 deposit is required as part of this application and will be applied toward your program fee. If you are not accepted, your deposit will be fully refunded.
