Clovis AM Connections Coordinator- Part-Time (20hrs/week)
Position Overview
The Connections Coordinator helps welcome people onto the church campus in a way that eliminates barriers and helps them get to a seat to hear the gospel. The Connections Coordinator helps people get connected by creating a welcoming environment and providing easy onramps for people to use their gifts and talents within the church. This person must be someone who is highly relational. Must be able to recruit, raise up and shepherd the right volunteers for the right position and work to effectively place people in the best area of service that suits the individual's gifting. The estimated pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hour.
Primary Position Responsibilities
- Adhere to The Well Statement of Faith
- Actively help people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood
- Support and develop the Clovis Connections Teams by recruiting, equipping, and shepherding volunteers to fulfill the mission of the church
- Ensure Sunday Connections environments are prepared and executed with excellence by proactively supporting volunteers, resources, and ministry operations while identifying and addressing needs throughout each gathering
- Work alongside the other Clovis AM Connections Coordinator to strengthen volunteer systems, leadership development, and operational processes that promote the long-term health and sustainability of the Connections Ministry
- Schedule and maintain volunteer rotations through Planning Center Online
- Assist in managing Connections communication
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers
- Order, inventory, and maintain ministry supplies and resources
- Assist with volunteer trainings, onboarding, and leadership development environments
- Assist with coordinating, prep, followup and hosting Discovery alongside CPs & Connections on a monthly basis
- Assist in planning and executing church-wide events
- Perform additional ministry responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Exhibits personal faith in Jesus Christ
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the values and mission of The Well Community Church
- Ministry experience preferred
