Our Online Giving Policy

Your information is secured by Fellowship One and will remain private. We never give your information away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions as you have specified.

You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the scheduled date. Once the contribution has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, contact

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is it safe to give online?

    Yes. In many ways giving online is safer than writing a check because an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen. Fellowship One continually manages the security of the system.

  • What types of bank accounts can I give from?

    You can give online from your checking account (eCheck), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

  • Can I use a debit card?

    You can use a debit card from Visa or MasterCard, but true debit cards are not accepted through the Fellowship One system due to the sensitivity of securely requesting a Personal Identification Number (PIN). For true debits, you can use an eCheck.

  • Are there any fees involved with giving online?

    You will not pay any fees with an online gift. The Well will pay a small processing fee for each gift, but overall, online gifts are a cost effective way for The Well to process donations.

  • Can I make a one-time contribution?

    Yes. The system allows you the option of making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution. You can designate an immediate withdrawal or you can schedule the contributions to be withdrawn on the date(s) specified by you.

  • If I want to set up a recurring gift, what are my scheduling options?

    You may give weekly, twice a month, every two weeks or once a month.

  • Can I change my personal information, the amount or the frequency of my gift once I set it up?

    Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in using your email and password and make the necessary changes in the system.

  • How do I get a giving statement for tax purposes?

    You may view and print your complete contribution history, given online or otherwise, by signing in to your account. For more information, see Our Policies.

  • When will contributions be taken from my account?

    Contributions will be taken from your specified account within 48 business hours of the date you requested. This time frame allows time for the contribution to process through your bank and The Well’s bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.

  • Can I designate my gift to a particular cause?

    All tithes we receive go into our General Fund. You are able to specify your Campus or Core Group, or you may designate it to go to All Campuses. We do not accept gifts designated for other funds, because our Elders work very hard to make sure our money is handled properly, and they set appropriate budgets for each department. For example, we do not accept tithe that goes directly to Missions, but 10% of all tithe we receive is given to both local and global Missions.

  • How will I know that I set up my gift correctly?

    Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an email verifying your contribution. You can also sign in to your account at any time to view your giving. For security purposes, before you can see any past contributions, we must manually connect new online accounts with your previous information. After that, you can view your history at any time.

  • Does it matter which Internet browser I use?

    No. Any browser will work.
