Clovis Facilities Coordinator - Part Time (25hrs/week)
The facilities department is looking for a new team member. This person will help set up and tear-down for ministries and gatherings at our Clovis Campus. Our ideal team member would have a servant’s heart and be ready to do what it takes to assist our ministries to continue our mission of helping people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood. This is a part-time 25 hours a week position that works primarily Friday-Sunday. The estimated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
Position Expectactions
- Facilitate 7PM gathering and ministries at all campuses
- Unlock and disarm campus before gathering and ministries
- Be available to assist ministries as needs arise
- Lock and arm campus after gatherings and ministries
- Setup and teardown for ministries and events as shown in Room Management
- Stay up-to-date with all campus reservations on Room Management
- Have rooms and spaces setup prior to events
- Setup for the next day after ministries leave
- Schedule thermostats weekly
- Coordinate with janitorial
- Janitorial
- Dump trash and vacuum after ministries leave
- Maintain Clovis campus
- Perform maintenance across campus so that ministries have access to what they need
- Keep up to date with staff needs on ClickUp ticket system
- Coordinate with contractors for work on campus
- Schedule and coordinate contractors
- Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance
- Projects at all campuses
- Be available to do projects at all campus
Qualifications
- Handyman skills
- Use technology for calendars and to-do lists
- Be able to communicate effectively in-person and digitally
