Human Resources Coordinator - Part Time (25 hours/week)
The Finance/HR Department is looking to hire a conscientious, detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills for our HR Coordinator position. The HR Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Finance/HR Department. The HR Coordinator will also work with both the Financial Controller and HR Director to pursue improvements and innovations for the department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Invoice processing
- Staff Onboarding/Offboarding
- Facilitate Job postings/Hiring of new positions
- Provide Payroll and Benefit support to the Well staff
- Payroll Administration
- Benefit Administration
- Facilitate and support staff through the Performance Review process
- Process Verifications of Employment
- Maintain accurate and thorough Employee Records
- Ensure HR compliance in all applicable areas (training, handbook, postings, etc.)
