Life Groups Administrator (Part-time 25 hrs/week)
The Life Group admin is a spiritually-mature follower of Jesus who provides administrative support for the Life Group ministry and coordinates details and resources for our groups and weekly events. The estimated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage Life Group Launch (registration, materials, leader dinners)
• Create and implement systems to help connect new people to groups (connection requests, interest forms, etc)
• Coordinate and manage resources, communication, and details for existing life groups
• Manage life group emails, slack communication, database, and budget for life group ministry
• Prepare and coordinate details for weekly leader meetings & trainings (monthly: huddles, 2x a year training)
• Track all new leader prospects and expectations (application, membership, interview)
• Work with other departments and maintain planning center for events

• Good interpersonal skills
