Local Partners

Our desire is to watch Christ use our faithful giving to change lives far beyond our church walls. While immersed in the daily lives of others and targeting their critical needs, our Partners exist not to fix people, but to empower them to have spiritual influence in their communities to help our church come alongside them to reach people with the gospel.

The Well identifies a Local Partner as an organization that fulfills the following five filters:

  1. Executing the great commission by connecting people to God
  2. Building inroads with the church
  3. Having a holistic posture in ministry
  4. Making disciples
  5. Agreement with The Well’s Statement of Faith

We come alongside organizations that are making a meaningful impact in our community. Our local partnerships focus on four key areas:

  1. Supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness through practical care, relationships, and pathways toward stability and hope.
  2. Preventing human trafficking, protecting those who are vulnerable, and walking alongside survivors toward healing and restoration.
  3. Investing in students through education, mentorship, and meaningful relationships that help them discover their value, purpose, and potential.
  4. Meeting practical needs, strengthening families, and connecting them to resources that foster stability, dignity, and hope.


Every Neighborhood Partnership (ENP)

ENP connects churches and community partners with underserved school neighborhoods to meet literacy needs and be an active presence at Saturday Sports, helping kids grow spiritually and in their character. Fresno Mission

Reaching out to the homeless, drug- and alcohol-dependent, impoverished families, neglected and abused children, single transient adults, and other displaced people in the greater Fresno County area, they partner with the Christian community, social service agencies, businesses, families and individuals to meet the spiritual and physical needs of all men, women and children in our community. Youth For Christ (YFC)

YFC is a non-profit organization that works within the community to bring young people closer to God and closer to each other. YFC works with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to prayer and the Word of God, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement. For serving opportunities, click here.

Martin Park

Martin Park serves children and families in inner-city Fresno by providing a safe, welcoming environment where they can experience hope, healing, and the love of Christ. Break the Barriers (BTB)

Break the Barriers is dedicated to accelerating awareness, understanding, acceptance and education for all people with various abilities. Inclusive programs allow instructors the opportunity to match the gifts and talents of each student and to encourage them to reach their full potential.

A clearinghouse for needs and resources in our community, ESA/Love INC helps connect people in need with resources from around our city, as well as resources from Christian churches. Link Care Center exists to educate, train and counsel missionaries, pastors and our community to help them be more effective in life and ministry.

Live Again Fresno’s mission is to spread faith, hope and love to the feared and forgotten of Fresno and the surrounding areas by building a bridge of relationships and resources between the people in the community in need and body of Christ.

Safe Families for Children (Safe Families)

Safe Families for Children (Safe Families) provides breathing room and support for parents in crisis, giving them time to get back on their feet while their children are cared for in a safe and loving environment.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

FCA's mission is to present to athletes and coaches and all who influence those who would accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, while serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.
