Jordan grew up right here in Fresno and loves his hometown. He loves woodworking, hitting the golf course, and making coastal trips with his wife. The gospel has radically transformed Jordan’s life, and it is the desire and motivation of that heart for all people to see the uniqueness and beauty of Jesus. Jordan has been married to his bride Jamie since 2011. They have a son named Rowan and a daughter named Jubilee. 

Justin came to Fresno for college where he attended Fresno State. During that time, he met Alyssa, his beautiful and intelligent wife, whom he was blessed to marry in 2016. Together they have two boys named Josiah and Micah who bring laughter and joy to everyone that meets them. Justin enjoys sports, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.

Before becoming a pastor, Justin served as an officer in the Air Force for five years until hearing God call him into full-time ministry. He attended seminary at Liberty University, where he received his master's degree in Theological Studies. Justin has felt led by God to use his spiritual gifts of teaching, leadership, and service to help reach the next generation. Both Justin and Alyssa have a huge heart for the Central Valley and are extremely grateful that God has called them here to love and serve this incredible community.

Emily Pittenger is a middle child to a family of six and the shortest in her family. This taught her to value family time and also how to take a joke. She spends most days eating street tacos and Ampersand ice cream, taking her laundry to her parents’ house or camping with her closest friends.

Emily got her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, and is passionate about supporting families and child development. If she could be anyone in the world, she would be Miss Frizzle from The Magic School Bus and have fun all day teaching kids through play.

Joe is originally from the tiny but mighty town of Shafter, where he grew up with six siblings and his mom. Fun fact: Joe has an identical twin. He came to Fresno to pursue and degree in Biblical Studies at Fresno Pacific University. During that time, he became connected to friends on the WSM Worship Team and eventually called The Well home. Joe is passionate about meeting people where they are and pointing them to Jesus.

Joe and his wife, Hannah, have a cat and a dog. His hobbies are playing video games with his wife, going to a coffee shop, reading, and enjoying a diet Coke at any time of day.

Shaina has been at The Well since 2005 and has been serving in various ministries since 2008. Her free time is spent driving her three kids to different schools and sporting events and occasionally sneaking in a sushi date with her husband. Her favorite part of working at The Well is helping create a safe place for students to feel loved, seen and known by the Lord.
