The Book of Exodus is about one thing: God. God pursues His people, God uses Moses to deliver His people, God proves His power through supernatural experiences, God sets up the rules for how He will be worshiped and God provides instructions for how the tabernacle should be built. God is clear when He says to His people, “You shall not have any other gods before me” (Exodus 20:3). No other created being or object is even worthy of the name.
