One of the biggest disservices we can do as a church culture is to use words that we assume everyone knows the definitions to. A sermon can be well prepared, truth-filled, and even entertaining but if the listener doesn't understand our lingo, it won't actually change hearts to Christ-likeness. One of the words we use very often here at The Well is the word "Gospel." What is the gospel exactly? And how can we share it with others in a practical way without giving them a 45 minutes sermon?
