As Paul continues the discussion of spiritual gifts, he makes it clear in chapter 13 that we must operate out of love for others. The goal in our relationships is not to use our spiritual gifts; our goal is to simply love. Depending on the context, there are times when we use our gifts and there are times we set those gifts aside. But there is never a time that we should set love aside.
