A Life Group exists to cultivate gospel transformation in biblical community by being devoted to God’s Word, committed to God’s people, and changed by His Spirit. The values for a Life Group are:
- Cultivate relationship with God through His word
- Develop authentic relationships
- Grow in Christlikeness
- Serve others
Life Group Leaders play a significant role in living out our mission as a church: “Helping people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood.” If you are interested in becoming a Life Group Leader, please complete the Leadership Application and email it to our Life Group Team at lifegroups@thewellcommunity.org. Once we receive your application, one of our Life Group Coordinators will schedule an interview with you and walk through the next steps of becoming a Life Group Leader.
Leadership Qualification Process:
- Complete Leadership Application
- Interview with Life Group Coordinator
- Leadership Approval
- Complete Active Membership and sign member covenant
