Our world highly emphasizes the importance of bodily training. We know from the words of the apostle Paul that there is a benefit to bodily training, but that it pales in comparison to the value of spiritual training. We want to create a space for 7th-12th grade guys to do both with a greater emphasis on spiritual training, so that they can grow alongside their peers in stature and in godliness.
We will meet on Wednesday mornings from 10-11:30am at Certus CrossFit (1830 Clovis Ave).
We will start each session with a devotional and then jump into a group workout afterward. Workouts will be programmed by CrossFit Coach Joe Devane.
This program is open to students at any fitness level. You can come for just one week or you can come every week.
Wear proper workout attire- closed-toed shoes are required. Bring your bible and a water bottle.
