Clovis Campus PM and WSM (Well Student Ministry) Worship Leader - Full Time (40hrs/week)
This role will lead worship at our Clovis Campus PM gathering and in our Well Student Ministry gatherings and events. We are looking for someone who is a spiritually-mature, biblically-grounded, & musically-gifted follower of Jesus who has the ability to lead worship, but also the gifting to lead, encourage, organize, and equip a large team of volunteer vocalists and musicians. The estimated pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Actively help people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood
- Adhere to The Well statement of Faith
- Lead worship primarily at Clovis Campus WSM and PM gatherings
- Recruit, equip, and shepherd Clovis WSM and PM team members
- Work with Worship Director, Campus Pastor, and WSM team to ensure programmatic consistency across Gatherings
- Provide worship support for midweek ministry events as needed
Qualifications
- Alignment with the mission and vision of The Well
- Strong relational and musical skills - both vocal and instrumental
- A self-starter with an ability to organize and lead teams
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
