Jesus' fame has spread through the land, and now He has returned to His home base for ministry in Galilee. He has multiple encounters with people through healing but addresses peculiar issues at first. He deals with matters of the utmost priority: their sin. Jesus' ministry dealt with real needs people have, even in juxtaposition to what they thought they needed. Jesus raises the bar for what it means to believe in Him.
