Greetings from Kiev! The team made it safely to Ukraine without any delays. We are thankful for a quick and smooth trip! Our Ukraine Team just spent the evening in the city with Ghenya, the director of Hope For Orphans and his family, after eating their first home-cooked meal in three days. The Lord has blessed our travels, as everything has run smoothly thus far. This evening, the team was able to see house of Ukraine’s President. At Ghenya’s home this evening, Cody and Paul led the team in worship with Ghenya’s guitar. The team is becoming a close knit group and looks forward to what the Lord has planned.

We will be staying overnight at Ghenya’s home. Tomorrow, we will spend the day in Kiev. For a “more efficient and less interrupted” drive to the camp, we will be driving through the night to the orphan’s camp (Kharkiv, Ukraine) tomorrow night. The following day we will meet the orphans and begin our mission by spreading God’s Love.

We have confirmed that there will NOT be cell coverage at the camp, so we will not be blogging during our time there. We will try to update once more before we head off to camp and if any of us make it into the city while the camp is going on.

In His Love,

Cody - For The Ukraine Exposure Trip Team
