Cultivate

We plan to break ground this summer of 2021 (with occupancy as early as Christmas 2022), and invite you to our groundbreaking ceremony on August 15 at the Clovis Campus. Check out our Phase-1 finalized site plan and color renderings for the Clovis Campus build on the 50-acre Wawona Ranch adjacent to over 3,500 students at Buchanan High School.

On May 7, escrow closed on the North Campus to help fund relocation. We are now leasing the North Campus from the new owners for an anticipated 18 months. The campus will continue to engage all ministry programs, church gatherings, and special events, as well as continue to receive deliveries and mailings, at this time.

Cultivate is all about strengthening this generation and growing the next generation into a deep, abiding relationship with Christ. Our hope is for you to get involved in spiritually forming relationships and grow to maturity in your faith because mature disciples reproduce themselves and are generous with their time, talent and treasure.

Cultivate will make room for tremendous growth, but growth requires additional leaders, additional support structures, additional teams, and additional opportunities to serve, which means we also need the body of Christ to step up and use their gifts.

Cultivate will require all of us to step out in faith, giving above and beyond financially, with genuine sacrifice to embark on one of the most significant kingdom investments in the history of The Well.

While we have met our financial Cultivate goal, there is still a need. As construction costs rise, we will continually need financial support in the ongoing work of ministry throughout Cultivate and long after the projects are completed. As building costs fluctuate, the heart of the development is, and will remain, a community gathering space that reflects our values of simplicity, authenticity and mission. As we make a diligent effort to keep the costs down, we invite you to continue to be generous, and let’s see what God has for us.
