Exposure Track is a self-guided, 4-month, low-commitment opportunity for men and women seeking to gain exposure and understanding to the inner-workings of our church. Our goal is to provide men and women with a backstage pass to various staff and departmental meetings, as well as interviews with many of our pastors and ministry directors. In addition, a personal staff docent will meet monthly with participants to help answer any additional questions.
Overview
Exposure opportunities are offered 3 times a year (September-December, January-April, or May-August). Our hope is that by the end of this process, participants will come away with a greater awareness of the theology that drives our philosophy that drives our practice as a church.
