High School Serve Teams

If you’re in 9th–12th grade, you can be part of shaping what God is doing here on Wednesday nights. We believe in heart over hype, we over me, and give over get. Serving isn’t just about filling a role — it’s about creating the culture you want to see at youth group, using the unique gifts God has given you.

Ways to Serve:

• Greeting – Be the first friendly face students encounter. Set the tone for the night with a warm welcome and genuine connection.
• Tech – Run lights, slides, and audio/visual to help create a distraction-free, impactful worship environment.
• Worship – Use your musical gifts to lead your peers in worship, while being coached and developed by our worship staff.
• Tear Down – Help our facilities team reset the space after the night ends, giving leaders and staff the opportunity to focus fully on discipling students.
• Media – Capture the moments of the night through photography or videography so we can tell the story of what God is doing at WSM.

Commitment:

 Every serve team member is scheduled about twice a month. Arrival times vary depending on your team’s role.
