When we have a proper understanding of the gospel and all that Jesus has done for us, we are transformed internally, and over time our lives begin to look different because of the overflow of the changes that are happening within us. Romans 12:1-2 is a strong admonition for us as individuals to not conform to the world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds, and to give our lives as a holy and living sacrifice to the Lord who saved us from our sin and depravity.
