2x2 Mentoring – In 2x2 Mentoring, trained mentor couples help mentee couples lay a solid foundation for their marriage.
415 – 415 is our preteen ministry for fourth and fifth graders.
The Anatomy of a Disciple (AOD) – The Anatomy of a Disciple was designed to help a believer discover the process of becoming a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ. It also includes Walking With a Limp by Brad Bell.
Campus Pastor – A face for the place, who shepherds the people who attend each campus.
Cultivate – Cultivate is our 3-year campaign with 3 goals: The First Fruit (strategically investing the first $500,000 back into the local community), Renovation of the Fig Garden Campus, and Relocation of the North Campus.
Directional Leader – What may be called a Senior Pastor or Lead Pastor at other churches. This distinction is intentional because we consider our pastoral staff to be a team, not a hierarchy.
Edah Network – Our network of church planters and church plants. Edah means Community or Assembly in Hebrew.
Exposure Trips – Our short-term Exposure Trips allow our church body to experience the amazing things God is doing overseas (and occasionally in-country).
Extended Family – Extended Family are people in our church body who have responded in obedience to a call to live out our mission statement, "Helping people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood," in a particular nation or local neighborhood.
Kids Ministry (Formerly Kids Connection/KidsCo) – Our Kids Ministry is comprised of Sprouts and Sprigs (for preschool) and KidsQuest (for kindergarteners through third graders).
La Fuente – La Fuente (The Fountain) is our Spanish ministry at the Fig Garden Campus.
Life Groups – Life Groups are small groups that meet in homes or other places for the purpose of developing community and growing spiritually.
Merge – Our Merge class is designed to prepare seriously dating or engaged couples for the lifelong commitment of marriage using biblical principles.
Ministry Teams – A group of people gathered together to serve. Some teams are campus-specific and others have teams at all campuses.
Multi-Site – Being multi-site means we are one church in multiple locations. Each location, or campus, has its own Campus Pastor and live worship. The message may be live or video.
re|engage – Re|engage is a 16-week marriage enrichment process that will both care for and equip marriages.
re:generation groups (re:gen) – Re:gen is a 12-step discipleship process through recovery.
Reading Plan (Formerly known as the Life Journal Bookmark) – A reading plan to help you read through your entire Bible every two years.
Residency: Biblical Studies – The Biblical Studies track of Residency is a seminary-level learning experience aimed at growing aspiring leaders toward a better understanding of Bible, theology, leadership, character development and servanthood.
State of the Church (SOTC) – A gathering that occurs approximately once a year for the purpose of casting vision for the upcoming ministry year.
Student Ministries (a.k.a. Well Student Ministries or WSM) – Our Student Ministries include Surge (middle school) and Verve (high school).
Welcome Card – Available online and at all campuses for you to update your info, make prayer requests or get connected.
Your Unique Design (YUD) – Your Unique Design is a tool for helping people understand their personalities and gifting.
